HOW TO SUBMIT RTI<\/u><\/strong><\/h6>

There is no prescribed format\/ form for submitting RTI in MDL. Hence the applicant shall submit or send the request for RTI by post or in person to the Public Information Officer, Malabar Distilleries Ltd, Menonpara, Palakkad. The application should be authenticated or duly signed by the concerned applicant. E-mail or Fax will not be entertained at any circumstances.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

APPLICATION FEE<\/u><\/strong><\/h6>

As \u00a0MDL, is a Public Sector undertaking under Govt. of Kerala, the applicant may remit the fee for application of RTI of Rs.10\/- in favor of Managing Director, Malabar Distilleries ltd by Demand Draft\/online or in person by remitting the required fee in cash at the office. As per 1047\/2007 {G.O.(P) 540\/07\/GAD dated 18-12-07 published in Kerala gazette extraordinary No 2290 dated 22-12-2007 Court fee stamp, Revenue stamp will not be accepted.<\/p>


Any person seeking information or copies concerned under the act shall remit the required fee as prescribed as an amount of 3 rupees for each page. The fee can be remitted in favor of Managing Director, MDL by Demand Draft\/online or in person by remitting the required fee in cash at the office.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
